I'm using Genetic algorithm to solve multi objective problem optimization. Like any optimization algorithm the solution should be the minimum of the objective function value, but if I want to add a constrain on the minimum value. Assume I have two objectives Y1 and Y2, I want to make the stopping criteria like this

That can of course be done without the use of any heuristics; it is just a matter of adding that extra constraint in a standard optimization model with one objective function.
In multi_objective problems, the algorithm gives you a set of solutions. Therefore, you can consider the proposed constraint for the output of each generation or for the last gained set to reach a single solution. Moreover, you can use it as a stopping criteria. If such as that solution is gained in a generation, the algorithm can be stopped.
