Greetings to all..
I am working on CFD analysis of a double pass solar air heater. The geometry is as shown in the attached file. It consists a rectangular duct with an absorber plate within the domain .The absorber plate is in contact with fluid on both sides. Geometry creation and meshing was performed in workbench. The mesh was imported to the setup of the fluent. The absorber surface, which is in contact with fluid at the interior of the duct, is represented as interface. But, I wish to specify wall boundary condition to specify heat flux on it. I have tried the following methods
1. Boundary condition/interface/name of the interface/non-overlapping zone/edit/heat flux/given some positive value
2. mesh interfaces/mapped and coupled.
Both didn't work. The mapped option from mesh interface created a walls of the interface under the tab 'Walls' of 'Boundary conditions'. But the specified heat flux is not reckoning into the solution.
So, please help me in this regard.
