How to solve this error in COMSOL 5.2 " System matrix is zero. Returned solution is not converged -Feature:Stationary Sol"in ElectrodepositionProblem?

I am developing the Electrodeposition of Copper model in Comsol 5.2. But after computing the model I am getting error as mentioned in que. i.e. "Failed to find a solution.

System matrix is zero.

Returned solution is not converged.

- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1)"

please suggest me proper method to resolve this problem.
