I am using proper method using NDVI Emissivity to estimate LST for the years 2009 and 2019 using Landsat 5 and 8 Satellite imageries. However whenever I convert the Kelvin temp to Celsius BRIGHTNESS Temperature I get extreme minus results like - 18 and - 10. 30 however my study area never have minus temperature in hot time period of May June. Actual issue is in Brightness temperature. NDVI PV and Emissivity are correctly calculated as following literature. Plz help me out to solve my problem.
