Recently I have installed Ligplot ( V 2.2) to my Windows 10, 64 bit PC. Whenever I try to generate an interaction plot for any protein-ligand complex, a pop-up window with the following error comes up. It says Unable to create log file in C:\tmp. I have tried a previously suggested solution (https://www.researchgate.net/post/Ligplot_running_problem), but it did not work for me.
I am looking forward to getting a solution to this issue.
Besides running the program as admin, when the software asks to define a path for the temporary file to be stored, change the default location and try putting it in a folder other than the c drive.

I have changed the default location for the temporary file. I kept it in the C drive but changed the folder name.
It worked.
