I am trying to solve a problem from a project for my school, I can't mesh my piece, I have divided and concatenated it, and all my volumes have 5 or 6 sides, I have also reduced the element edge length to 0.00134 (I'm working in MKS), and the problem persists, does anybody know how to solve the problem?

I would suggest checking actual dimensions in MAPDL (for example between 2 picked keypoints: KDIS,p). Sometimes when you create the geometry in CAD in millimetres and then import it into MAPDL, the dimensions can be changed to metres.
Regarding the meshing, I would strongly suggest using the symmetry. It seems you can model just 1/6 of the geometry. If the boundary conditions are also symmetric, then that is all you need. If not, you can use advantage of MAPDL to full extent, because it allows you to reflect and copy geometry including mesh and then just merge nodes and keypoints at the interface. So you basically get full model with having to mesh just 1/6.
The last thing would be helping the meshing algorithm by subdividing the volume into much simpler volumes. There you can also take advantage of a feature in MAPDL that it allows neighbouring volumes to share connecting surface. This automatically leads to connected mesh (in standard "boundary representation" in many CADs this is not possible as each of the volumes has to have its own surface). Another advantage of this is that you will get more control of the sizing simply by having more geometry entities to apply sizing to (especially lines).

The archive named "Project1" is the original piece, without divisions and concatenations, and the archive named "PF", is the piece with divisions and concatenations, I need to mesh in a "mapped" style, but I can not, even in a "free" style, I think is because of concatenations.
