I am currently working on a project to find out magnetization reversal in closely packed magnetic vortices formed in an array of nanodisks. As a first step, I need to simulate two closely placed nanodisks separated by a small distance. I tried this in Nmag but results were wrong. Is there anything that I need to consider. Here I post my hysteresis loop from a single disk and of two disks when they were separated by a distance of 10 nm. Disk: diameter =200nm and thickness=15 nm. and also I attach python file for simulating two disks. Could someone please help me owithn this one.
