I'm trying to plot hydrogen/air autoignition time vs. inlet temperature. I used a closed homogeneous module in Chemkin. Also, I used Galway hydrogen mechanisms for thermodynamics and kinetics. http://www.nuigalway.ie/combustionchemistrycentre/mechanismdownloads/
However I can't reach the plot that other researchers have achieved. Could anyone help me to understand my problem? I also attached the input data.

First, I do not understand what does it mean constant pressure and volume simultaneously by Chemkin settings.
However, it is not your main problem.
1) Do you plot in log scale on vertical axis
2) Put more points not every 100 K but every 20 K and U will see what is the problem. Simply, by 1000 K your ign. del. time is larger than 1 ms in the settings that you use.
