You may choose a few options:

1. input a water table or

2. initial pore pressure on left and right boundary of model or

3. apply a pore pressure on left and right boundary

But first of all you must write on your code command: config gwflow and input permability each layers.

you can define the water-table elevation, then assign a saturated weight to elements below water table.

There are three ways that you can use them.

1- "initial pp" command for mechanical and hydro mechanical simulations.

2- "water table" command for just mechanical analysis.

3- By developing Fish functions.

HI Alireza Rashiddel and Mohsen Mohebbi I am trying to model a problem in FLAC using the two-phase flow logic. However I am having trouble defining an INitial water table before I run any other analysis like infiltration etc. CAn you guide me how to model an initial water table using the two-phase flow.
