If there is will, the way will be found. But, to me, the improvement of the writing by a specialist is not a sufficient reason to justify their co-authorship.

Regarding the point of "a big name" I heard this from someone and I don't believe it, so I want to be sure that this doesn't happen.

Is sharing a big name in writing considered for applying for a better position or no? No, I do not think so. Maybe, a letter of recommendation, if it is a prerequisite for applying for a better position, plays some role.
There are many paid editing services out there that you can use to proofread your manuscript. It is usually performed by a native English speaker who is an expert in the field, or at least has a PhD in a closely related field. This is definitely a good way to have your manuscript checked. Adding them as an author is not only not required, but also not allowed. They need to have contributed a significant amount to the research to be considered an author. You can add them to the acknowledgement section if you wish.

Thanks so much Dr Zoran I totally agree with you, but sometimes many people can't do this because this will add more expenses on the research while there is no fund or something like this, so they are looking forward cross- reviewing and sharing as a coauther to improve their scientific writing and increase the chance of publishing in high IF journals. In this case the name of the native person will not be the first wich indicate that he didn't do most of the work

I understand what you mean. I am actually working on a project that will allow me to provide these type of services for free or at a very low cost for researchers from developing countries. If you are interested, I will follow up with you when the project is off the ground.
In terms of the co-author question, I assume you are referring to collaborating with researchers at the start or during the project. This would be the only legitimate way to add an author to a paper. To be included as an author you need to have made a significant contribution to the paper. Some journals even ask for details of the contributions made by each author. As already mentioned by others, I would be surprised if any scientist would accept to be added as an author to a paper if they have not made a contribution.
I strongly believe that there is no bias associated with acceptance of papers written by "big-name" author, certainly on the editor side. I have never had any hesitation in rejecting papers with "big-name" authors if the paper did not warrant publication. An experienced reviewer might be able to comment on bias from a peer-review point of view, but if anything, i think that these papers would be scrutinized even more.
