I understand that ANSYS doesn't have a dimension system and it's dependent on the users to keep the units consistent.
my model's global dimension is in "mm",
Does that mean the Global acceleration should be equal to 9800 mm/s2 instead of 9.8m/s2 ?

Acceleration is defined in terms of meters (not 'mm' as used throughout the problem). This is because the units of acceleration and mass must be consistent to give the product of force units (Newtons in this case). Also note that a positive acceleration in the y direction stimulates gravity in the negative Y direction.
