How to set MRI gradient trigger manually using EEGLAB?

Hello there,

I have some EEG-fMRI data in which the MRI technologist forgot to turn on the gradient trigger :( now I have problem analyzing my EEG data with FMRIB toolbox in EEGLAB (I can't remove gradient artifacats) and I get this error: can not determine trigger error.

what can I do???

You can detect the first trigger time point by the amplitude/threshold value of the data and then input the other triggers sequentially after each TR duration starting at the first one... hope it helps.
