I`ve found a lot of articles in which REMs are devided into light, medium and heavy groups, and it`s quite easy, ok. But I still can`t find information about Eu and Gd separation.
Is it possible to divide(without using 100steps extraction and very expensive extragents) so close in properties elements?
And one more question, is it possible to quantify individual REMs in their mixture?

The question is not completely correct. Do you need a preparative separation or analytical scale of separation. The size does matter in this case. The analytical separation can be performed with analytical IC column containing mixed carboxylic/phosphonic acid functional groups (see M.J. Shaw et al. Australian J. Chem. 56 (2003) 201-206). The use of counter current chromatography is another option.
The typical analysis of REE (rare earth elements, which is more correct than REM) can be done by ICP-MS.
Hi Arina, perhaps you can use the unique redox behaviour of Eu (it goes much easier to a 2+ valency than other lanthanides) to separate it from Gd.
Quantifying, like Pavel N Nesterenko said, is typically done with ICP-MS after complete destruction of the sample in strong acid, or alternatively with neutron activation analysis, depending on the type of sample you have (and if you have the possibility to activate the sample in a nuclear reactor).

through solvent extraction process and then you can carry out different stripping agent to find selective stripper for each othe such as mineral acid and organic acids.
