If I Choose hybrid halide perovskite and inorganic hall transport layer, then is it possible to choose inorganic material for Electron transport layer? If I do so, which are the deposition methods that can be used without damaging the perovskite layer?

Your question was investigated by many authors. In fact you can find many good papers covering this topic. You can find review papers and you can find specific papers treating only one inorganic transport layer.
The most suitable inorganic transport layers are more or less semiconductor oxides such as TiO2 for the the ETL and CuO for hole transport layer.
The technology used ranges from spin coating techniques and thermal evaporation on cold substrate with sufficient distance between the source and the target.
