Should we consider starting current of the induction motor, which is 5 to 7 times of full load current, in calculating KVA rating of a three phase servo-motor operated Automatic voltage regulator?
Any useful information will be highly appreciated!
Inrush of induction motor remains only for few cycles hence it not needed to consider inrush current for selecting the KVA rating of AVR....
