There is no TT.m function/script here (at least we cannot see it there). The only call to your mat file is here:

load myMatFile.mat;

Furthermore, in this line:

save(fullfile(outputFolder,outputFilename),'result','map');

Your myMatFile.mat only contains two matrix/cell/variables: result and map; so, there is no D variable there.

The Error which i got is:

Simple question: is there any myMatFile.mat in your current (working) directory?

By the way, try another variable rather than 'pwd' for introducing your working directory; pwd is a matlab built-in function to identify your current directory.
