Hello,

I'm doing phylogenetic analysis using iqTREE and PhyloBayes. I've issues to start an analysis on PhyloBayes. I downloaded the MPI version on my laptop, but I don't know which code I should use for using these programmes: PB, ReadPB, TraceComp on my Command Prompt. Can someone help me?
