Lets say there is a model i created, and i am done running the simulation and have the results. Now, i need to do take it further by doing another simulation but on the current model, i.e. the deformed one. Is it possible to do so?. If yes how can i have it done.
Yes it is possible to run a simulation on a simulated model by using the statistics of the simulated model for further simulation. However in my opinion, this further simulation is not necessary because it further distorts the process and makes interpretation more difficult.
I didn't get what you meant by "using the statistics of the simulated model". I would like to try it out anyway, even if it distorts more like you said.
Your initial simulation was based on statistics of the model (for example, the mean and variance) as input. To simulate further you use statistics of the current model (for example, the mean and variance) as input to generate a simulated model as output. You can resimulate as many times as possible.

could you please explain what exactly you are tryying to simulate? By looking at the buzzwords, tt seems you are tryying to simulate the deforming of some material structure, however, this is not quite clear in your question. As the term 'simulation' may be used for various contexts (business, FEM, discrete event vs. continouus, material flow, transportation etc.) it will surely obtain more specific answers, once specifying your simulation context and explaining what simulation output (e.g. deformation, strain...) you are tryying to re-simulate.
