You only need to point out the new things you have done and the relevance to science, you can highlight that in the "response to reviewers" document, that's all

In the Introduction section of your revised manuscript, make a couple of paragraphs. In each paragraph, highlight each main parameter of your analysis citing some papers and stating the gap in the literature which you propose to fulfill in your work. In your response sheet write the same things with special attention to the literature gap fulfillment points. Also, try to reduce the results of your work and match them with the results found in the literature. If you are reducing your results and matching them with existing ones, then obviously you have done something extra in your work.

Well, the response to the reviewer depends on how the research contributions are clear-cut in the study.

Besides the significance of the study, where the research contributions are discussed, the literature review must provide justification for the study to be undertaken and show the gap in the previous research that needs to be filled (Ridley, 2012). Later, in the discussion of the findings, the researcher should compare their findings to those of the previous studies reviewed to show their contributions to the research body. Following that, the researcher should discuss how the findings of the completed study contribute to the existing theories and/or practice. If you have met these requirements, then just explain them to the reviewer.
