Hello everyone,

I have created an MS junction structure in Sentaurus TCAD and am attempting to apply the Nonlocal Tunneling Model to simulate tunneling through the Schottky Barrier.

However, I keep encountering the following error: "No valid electron BarrierTunneling mass has been sepcified for region 'bottom_sp'. !"

I have followed the documentation closely but am still unable to resolve this issue. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to overcome this problem.

For reference, the material for "bottom_sp" is silicon.
