Hello,

I have a FLIR VUE PRO R 640 Thermal Camera fixed mounted on my custom Drone. For the last couple of months, this sensor is not capturing the quality data and the use of FLIR TOOLS with different trial changes in the parameter becomes necessary which takes a lot of time and effort to identify the hotspot and other Solar Inspection related parameters.

My setup includes -

a) FLIR Vue Pro R 640 Camera with HDMI Converter

b) FLIR Original cable

c) 5V 2A Powerbank

FLIR Settings -

a) Ironbow

b) ROI - 75

c) DDE - 10

d) ACE - 4

e) SSO - 15

Radiometry Settings -

a) Sky - Clear

b) Humidity - Medium

c) Air Temperature - 40°C

d) Emissivity - 94%

e) Subject Distance - 25meter

Additionally, this camera also stops capturing the image in the mission itself at any time. It can work for the whole day flawlessly or it can also stop the image capturing after 2 minutes of triggering, every time I try troubleshooting.

Another issue that I came across recently, the above-shared discontinuation of image capturing got cured with the change in SD card.

I am quite interested in solving all the above issues on priority. If anyone has come across any of the issues and can help me out solving this, Please update me with the solution. Should you have any queries, feel free add up in the comment/discussion.
