I have 2 large tables of data comparing several parameters, each table is a different time point. Within the table, there are plant lines with multiple replicates. While creating a Pivot table, I formed a relationship between the two tables with the sample names. I extract the averaged data of replicates from table 1 without an issue, but when I ask for it from table 2, all the averaged values are the exact same value across all 7 lines. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?
