In the latest version of MRIcroN, I found a very useful template----jhu. How ever I found the size of jhu.nii does not match the other anatomical templates. The ordinary size of the anatomical template is 157*189*157 (or in the same radio in each dimension), but the size of jhu is 157*189*136. So when added in anatomical template, like ch2, the location is not correct. It seems that jhu template is "squeezed" in z axis. Maybe this bug will be corrected in the updated version of MRIcroN, but I really need it now.

I try to use scipy.ndimage.zoom in Python, but failed.

Any scientist who has the jhu.nii file with corrected size or has the code of python or matlab to zoom it, please help me out, Thank you!
