I am wondering how do I write the data I have collected from my fishers exact test into words so that it backs up my work? the exact sig.(2-sided) was 0.033, meaning it is significant because its less than 0.05.
The trouble I'm having is how to actually type this into a sentence to show it has worked?

Here's a sample, with hypothetical variables:
Fisher's exact test was used to test whether participant sex was independent of academic status (good standing vs. probation). The result was statistically significant, p = .033, suggesting that the two variables are related. Inspection of the cells indicates that male students were more likely to be on probation (12 / 50 = 24%) than were female students (4 / 70 = 6%).

You must have a null hypothesis as any test of statistical significance substantiates a hypothesis. May we have your hypothesis, variables and their attributes.
Reporting Fisher's Exact is actually easier because there are no degrees of freedom to report. Just state the p-value, and mention whether it was a one sided or a two sided test.
