How to remove ocular artifacts from eeg signal ?

My experiment contains vertical and horizontal eye movements while recording an eeg signal. How do I remove these ocular artifacts ? I looked upon and found that ICA does not work well with few electrodes (In my case - 4 to 6).

I want to calculate the Power of frequency sub-bands from the obtained eeg signals. Before that I have to remove noise and these ocular artifacts. Is there any function on matlab toolboxes ? Does anybody have any code ? Please help.
