You can use centrifugal concentrators like Centricon, Amicon etc.

For large volumes it is more suitable TFF. For example, I used cassete Vivaflow 200.

Or maybe you can try PEG8000/NaCl precipitation. The precipitate can be easily spin down using bench-top centrifuge at MAX speed. Then you can resuspend the pellet using lysis buffer, or you can wash the pellet using 90% ethanol, then lysis buffer.
