Can anyone please suggest me methods to remove excess proteins from protein-bound liposome. 100 nm liposome (POPC+1 mol% biotinylated lipid) contains biotinylated lipids. The surface of the liposome has been modified by strep-APC (MW: 320 KDa) using biotin-streptavidin attachment. The difficulty arises to remove the excess streptavidin-protein from protein bound to liposome. Bio-Gel column (7326221, Bio-Rad) does not allow good seperation.

Any suggestion would be helpful.

Thanks
