I develop silicone rubber composite using MQ resin as a filler. I used thermoforming process to make a pad. Before I blend silicone rubber with MQ, I dissolved MQ with toluent with ratio of toluene:MQ is 1:10 However, when I add more than 30wt% of MQ resin, the bubble will form. My processing parameter is the temperature at 110oC and the time for 5 min. I already reduced the ratio of toluene:MQ until 1:15 but it get worse.
