What do you mean by HCPWM? And I don't think you can have a THD of 70% in currents. Further, as load increases, THD should come down as it gives the measure of harmonics with respect to fundamental. I hope your FFT analysis is correct! Please post the full machine data of your machine and your operating conditions.

HCPWM mean Hysteresis band current flow PWM.i have the THD in-phase current that I mentioned. FFT analysis is attached below...

The way in which you have configured your tool is not correct. you have to do the FFT once your machine has reached a steady state. And you require a minimum of 2 cycles to perform FFT. So, reconfigure your FFT window and perform the analysis again. The start time according to the figure should be 0.9 for no-load and 1.9 for the load. And, the max frequency should be 4 times the switching frequency.

Muhammad Usama just an advice, the max frequency should be atleast 2500 for a better analysis (50*fundamental frequency) as far as the THD requirements are concerned.
