I am doing refinement for my structure. The resolution is around 2.5A The model building is fitting well in the electron density. I already try more refinement cycle, added water molecules and added TLS parameters in order too reduce the gap between R work and R free. However, I still have a large difference them (R work = 0.23 and Rfree = 0.34). Does anyone know what could happen here and what other options I could use for refinement to reduce the gap ?
