The mitochondrial calcium uniporter (MCU) is located in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Now we are able to isolate the functional mitochondria and that can be located under a inverted microscope after swelled via osmotic pressure. But we are not sure about how to record the calcium currect of the inner mitochondrial membrane by using patch clamp. So here I seek your kind help.
