This depends upon the number of larvae you are intended to rear together. If you rear them individually 50 or even 20 ml per larva could be enough. Anyway, be sure that oxygen concentration remains at a hight level according to temperature.
As for food, you may use Artemia nauplii for the first stages, may be larger Artemia larvae later.
Thank you Roux. We have reared up to Stage 4 and suddenly faced a mass mortality in all the containers. As you said, our density was too high. But we were rearing them with Artemia using egg yolk as a enriched medium.
I suppose it was cooked egg yolk, this however could break up and disperse in the medium making it favorable for bacteria and protozoa growth causing disease or simply low oxygen levels.
