These are just some of the readnigs over the years that have helped me and if your really want to dive in-depth into it I suggest you look for a book by Jack C. Richards and Theodore S. Rodgers + H. Douglas Brown And you will get some very eye-opening and constructive feedback and pedagogies on this subject, hope this helps!!
