Can somebody teach how to read peaks in ERP in order to observe peak amplitude and latency measurments in ERPLAB.
I am unable to understand why in this figure No positive peak(P100) was found in the latency range of [75 150ms]?
I will be thankful to you if you can help me in learning or reading/identifying peaks in the prescribed range.
It is difficult to say why there is no clear P100 peak. For a start, maybe the experimental manipulation just doesn't induce a P100? Another possible explanations might be low SNR or too few trials to see the P100. It might also depend on which reference you used during recording or re-referenced later in the processing. Your choice of filters might also play a role.

Be sure you know whether negative is up or down. Sometimes the default is negative is up. The scaling metric on the left may not coincide with the actual direction.
