Hello,

Can any body suggest an Image J plugin to count receptor puncta in 2D and 3D fluorescent images? I'm asking for something different from counting particles because the size of puncta is small so the Image J method (analyze particle) is not accurate in this case.

It would be nice if you have a protocol about how to use the plugin.
