Hi everybody,

I am looking for tips to purify a protein (Norrin), which is known to be hard to get in decent amounts. The protein is secreted and has high affinity for the EC matrix. In the literature i found that the endogenous signal peptide was sometimes substituted, maybe to increase secretion. Does anybody have any other useful tips maybe? Which other approach could be tested?
