I think you can try adsorptive bubble column (foam fractionation) technique for biosurfactant concentration and purification. Its a simple, fast and easiest technique. As the moelcule of interest has self foam forming capacity, it is always to creat nature foams by simply purging the inert gas (air, nitrogen) to develop foam.
Gas Chromatography is not the technique for this. You can think of a suitable column chromatographic purification technique.
