Selecting a journal becoming a big task. Choosing a journal based on our research work and impact factor is easy but I have few doubts. Why to choose only journals with impact factor and SCI, JCR listed ones. Few journals have good impact factor than SCI & JCR listed journals. If an article has to be an open access it is charged, what difference it makes to an author. Some journals are free, some are charged highly, why is it so? What is the difference between online  publication and print. On what basis should we select a journal?
