Thanks dear ahmed, however in IEEE database there is a part of courses, i wonder if we can publish the courses in it ?

If IEEE have provision for such information, do not hesitate.

There are well many courses & we have to draw a line of demarcation for selecting the courses .There are courses just as scientific & technological development , medicine & we can not give justice to the publication of said courses .

With this in the present line of development & due to the changes of certain added topics in syllabus we have to carefully scrutinize & study topics in detail . If this be a the case we can certainly give justice to the course .

This is my personal opinion
