How to provide data array for "SRWLOptT" function in SRW?

I want to use "SRWLOptT" function that gets transmission and optical path difference of an optics as input. I have tried both one column, 2cloumn, and mesh data but none of them works! (I have provided the data in MATLAB and saved them into txt files). How should I use this function?

I have the same problem with S"srwl_opt_setup_surf_height_1d " function as well.
