Technical education is very very important. Every one should learn minimum to do work. For this in technical education industrial training and classes should be conducted seriously and should be made compulsory with proper evaluation system.

Students should be motivated in school and +2 level about the importance and need of technical people in the country. They should be provided with practical training in their curriculum, tied up with industry and monitored. They should feel happy and should take it as a challenge.

The way to promote technical education is to motivate the students, provide paid internships in technical and industrial organizations, give weightage in jobs making mandatory and giving extra credits in curriculum.

It is good to integrate technical or any other new issues into existing curriculum or design new curriculum for technical training and implement in the educational system. Motivating students to perform practical and theoretical part of their education at every level(lower class to higher) will give great result. According to my opinion, it is good to start work on children with simplified form of technical curriculum and follow up their progress. This creates a road to complex part of technology or technical training in higher educational level. Most students like to attend college of engineering. Socially, the student like to get away from technical schools. So in Egypt now, they started to open technical colleges to overcome this problem and encourage students to attend as soon as they will be granted the title of engineer which is socially accepted rather than the not accepted title of technicians.

Technical education should be included in elementary school curriculum as a part of STEM or STEAM. This education is - as someone previously wrote - predominantly skills oriented and that mean that the whole population of children (no matter are they going to be an engineers) will have very important benefits.

To promote technical education, you must follow an early age, first play at the creative level in primary education, invent and draw products "for the future, for a better world". Then, in technical secondary school, encourage entrepreneurial actions in technology, group projects with specific objectives and materialization of the designs (even at the prototype level). Technical knowledge must be inculcated from school education. Logical reasoning and technical aptitude towards product development must be brought in through technical workshops and events with rewards.

From the school level itself, children are to be exposed the professions. In this, technical exposure and the need has to be demonstrated. They should be exposed to several which are interested, covering technical aspects such as construction sites, machinery in industries and electronic manufacturing units.

Any issue that involves economics and finance requires a basic working knowledge of mathematical, statistical and econometric methods.

Students should be told the importance and need of technical education. Very often, workshops, conferences and guest lectures are to be arranged highlighting the facts and for motivation. In this way, the technical education in the current scenario can be promoted.
