I have very small samples of about 1x2mm (dental pulp tissue) and I need to process them for histology (dehydration, parafine inclusion, stainning with HE, etc). The problem is that the samples are to small and I cannot put them in normal cassettes because I would loose the samples. I would thank any technical advise on how to make the histologic process on such samples

We routinely process embryonic & neonatal mouse hearts in our lab, which are about the same size as what you are describing. You can use scintillation vials to move the tissue through the dehydration steps. Just add the tissue directly to the vial and decant the liquid or use a disposable pipette as you move through the alcohols, toluene, and paraffin. Embedding should probably be the same as what you do now in that you need to put the tissue in the metal embedding mold, add paraffin, and then finalize with your embedding ring. Hope that helps!

You can retrofit a multi-well chemotaxis chamber with ultra-small pore membrane on the bottom of the top chamber (that does not allow cell crossing, but allows liquid crossing) and exchange the lower chamber across liquids:
