In a production line of a factory, various machining stations use Z1 coolant. The factory is in a tropical area where the ambient air temperature reaches 50 degrees Celsius. The heavy volume of machining and high friction forces in machining causes multiple increases in the temperature of the coolant. Therefore, the coolant undergoes putrefaction accompanied by a change in color and a bad smell. For this purpose, antibacterial solutions are used, which delay the rancidity of Z1 coolant by two weeks, but the problem still exists.

How can I solve this problem?
