I synthesized silver nanoparticles of a plant extract by following bio-reduction way. How to prepare the sample for TEM, SEM as the sample is sticky like? Among the x-dr, TEM, SEM, FTIR, uv- vis how many test i've to perform to justify the attachment of silver particle with the plant extract?

Hi dear Mohammad, I think you can use the conventional powder preparation method as follows:
First, the whole powder is stirred by a Spatula.
Then a small amount of the sample is added to a solution such as ethanol, isopropanol or acetone so that only the solution becomes becomes opaque.
The container containing opaque solution is placed in ultrasonic for at least 10 minutes.
After ultrasonic finishes, one or two drops of the sample are drip by dropper or pipette on a slide 1cm × 1cm.
After the sample is completely dried, the sample slide is placed on sample holder .
