I am wondering how do I control the pH since I would only prepare few hundred micro liters, I could not adjust the pH by pH meters, thanks

I think pH will not be affected since while preparing reaction mixture you will prepare in buffer.

Could you please let me know how did you prepare the buffer and the NTP mix? Also, if possible, could you please kindly share with me how did you prepare the system, as I just started doing this and don't have much experience. Thank you!!
