We used to buy the EGM-2 BulletKit (#CC-3162) from Lonza, but they told us it would take over 8 months for them to have any in stock! So we purchased the EBM-2 MV Bullet Kits (#CC-3202), but had to purchase our own heparin. I got ours from Sigma (I can't find the catalog number at the moment) and you want a final concentration of 1 ng/mL. The kit includes vials of VEGF, EGF, and other growth factors in proprietary concentrations. It's been working fine with our HUVECs so far! Hope this helps!
