In objectif of study the fibrin clot characters (produced from plasma+Thrombin 2 U/ Cacl2). I do not see very clear the fibrin net.
P.S I incubated the clot with Glutaraldehyde 2.5% for about 20 mins.
no anti-fibrin was used, only gluteraldyhyde which emits strong fluorescence signal. thanks for your help

Here they used fibrinogen conjugate. In my experiment I did not use, I only used Gluteraldyhyde. Did you already use this method? @Abha Sahni

No I haven’t. We made fibrin clots to plate on the endothelial cells, never did confocal microscopy.
