How to prepare copper nanocluster with proteins, and should emit red fluorescence, does anyone have idea regarding this ?

Can anyone elaborate the protocol for making of nanoclusters of copper with proteins, which emits red fluorescence(range of 570-700).

You can use lysozyme, BSA in pH=10-11 to prepare auto-fluorescent copper nanocluster. Please see the papers from the Arun Chattopadhay's group, IIT-Guwahati.
