I want to prepare a clear and transparent solution of Metal chlorides (Cu, Zn,Sn) with Thio Urea. I am getting clear metal chlorides solution but as I pour the solution of Thio urea in it,precipitation starts instantly. How can i get the clear solution, or is there any method to delay in precipitation?
I suppose you are trying to get CZTS films by CBD. To avoid thiourea to decompose fast you may change pH to acid as Vamsi Krishna suggested or you can change the sulfur source to Na2S2O3. Check the attached papers. Hope it is useful

You should dissolve thiourea in water first. Then mix the metal chlorides thoroughly before put the metal chlorides into the thiourea+water solution. Please check my paper

All the compounds are dissolved in acetone and add the any long chain alkylamine to get clear solution after heating the mixture 50 degrees. I have check practically and prepare the CZTS upscale quantities.
I think in addition of solution pH, you should consider to concentration.
