The most important thing to understand while making a bioresin is the solvent you would want to use to extract particular type of resin. In case of nuts an oil soluble solvent like acetone  could be used. A variety of solvents are available for non food bioresin extraction. For food grade you have to stick to regulations.

Another factor is the purity of the bioresin you desire. The most effective and clean technology is carbon dioxide super-critical extraction, however, this method considerable increases the cost of the product.

Now everybody has given excellent and constructive suggestions to your question. However, I have only one thing to tell and that too by being very practical about the process. It is: NEVER DARE TO PREPARE BIORESINS FROM VEGETABLE OIL. No I am not pessimistic but a practical scenario which can send your head for a good spin and who knows where it would land.... As a friend, I suggest that you be cautious in such a game.
